The FREE one-to-one consultation will be where we determine our plan of action, how we implement the 10 steps for your particular goals. Short, medium and long term strategy will be key, we assess at certain points along the way to stay on track to reach your goals.

We recommend the 6 Week Total body transformation program to anyone who is looking to make the biggest changes in the shortest amount of time.

It is the perfect blend of a dedicated personal trainer who will be with you 3x a week, pushing you to a whole

new level you have never been to before.

Aiding in Nutritional guidance and planning, giving you accountability, motivating you to be the best version of yourself, with tailoring the sessions to your ability.

The nutrition is delivered through our dedicated and private website, with informational videos, meal plans, structures and tools to give you the knowledge you need to reach success!

But best of all, this will be the most cost effective way to see a personal trainer who will give you all of the above.

Sessions will be in groups of up to 6 members.

Want to go to the next level the most effective way possible? One to one training and to be taught how to correctly lift with progression in mind? Then Personal training sessions are perfect for you. Why? Because they are a hour long, giving you a work out that pushes you and keeps you 100% motivated towards your goals. Coaching not only the exercises themselves during the hour, but taking time to coach you on nutritional aspects and programming for your own sessions outside out the gym. Because consistency is key to hitting your goals!
