During my decade of experience in the industry, I’ve worked with a vast range of people, all with different ability’s and different goals. This has led me to creating the 10 steps to success strategy. I started out in Cirencester as an apprentice gaining valuable experience within the fitness industry. Working towards becoming a fitness instructor and later branching off to achieve Level 3 Personal Trainer at Team Bath University.

Working hard to continually improve the services that we offer, we are now able to provide the support to individuals who are looking to not only improve their own fitness through training, but to also support them in their nutrition as we have graduated through the BTN Academy with the Level 4 qualification in Nutrition Coaching. This is an internationally recognised course from Active IQ, teaching not just the ins and outs about food, but how they can change your health, with also allowing us to look at the whole lifestyle within a client and therefore changing their habits.
