“I started training with AREA10 during the first Covid-19 Lockdown. I was in need of some motivation and was very keen to get fit and healthy. I wanted to feel healthier and look better. 

During the restrictions, Luke adapted and created online 1-1 zoom PT. This eased me into my fitness journey with AREA10, and made the thought of it all a lot less daunting. Additionally I was able to PT online 1-1 and this was where my fitness really changed through detailed coaching. Luke has made several accommodations during our training, including national lockdowns and individual health problems.

After a year of very successful virtual and 1-1 PT sessions back in the gym, I feel competent and very comfortable in exercising both inside and outside of the gym. I am proud to say I can happily walk into the weight room and perform multiple exercises, depending on the equipment available.
